Chuck :
On Tuesday, May 13, 1986, this office conducted a final on-site inspection of the
electrical portion of the subject project. The following items are in need of
attention in order to comply with the contract plans and specifications:
1. The outdoor pole mounted light fixtures are dark bronze in color,
while the poles are black. The entire assembly should be dark bronze.
The pole mounted fixtures have not been located in accordance with the
plan. The spacing is erratic, rather than symetrical as intended.
Although relocation, at this point, is impractical; the original
design of uniformity of light levels cannot be acheived as installed.
2. Repair inoperative fluorescent light fixture in Building Department
Work Area.
3. Repair inoperative fluorescent light fixture above mirror in Men's
Room behind Lobby.
4. Replace burned out lamps in wall mounted light fixtures located in
west vestibule.
5. Repair inoperative exterior recessed light fixture at front entry.
6. Repair inoperative 21X21 fluorescent light fixture in Assembly Room.
7. Repair inoperative lighted exit sign in southwest corner of Assembly
Room.
8. Provide access door in ceiling of Storage Room at rear of Assembly
Room.

10. I recommend that padlocks be provided for exterior mounted HVAC
equipment disconnect switches.
