Dear Mrs. Paino:
Attached are the Certificates of Substantial Completion for the
Contract for General Construction, submitted per paragraph 9.8.1
of the General Conditions of the Contract.
Upon execution by you, and per paragraph 9.8.2, payment to the
General Contractor, reflecting a reduction in retainage as shown
in his Request for Payment #18, can be made. This amount has been
previously certified by me. The balance of retainage, in the
amount of $10,000.00, will not be certified for payment until the
contractual obligations outlined in the letter attached to the
Certificate of Substantial Completion are met. Please notify me
if the Town Attorney and Board require further information from
the Contractor. If there are any questions regarding this payment
or process, please call.

2. Repair vinyl wall fabric seams in Lobby (100).
