Townboard
Dear Ladies and Gentelman of the Townboard,
1/26/86
in August 85 I,klaus Ammer,purchased a 5 ac. property
with House in the Town of Wappinger Falls, located on
Pye Lane and All Angels id., with the intention of
a 5 lot subdivision.After a discussion with the
Planingboard at the time this seemed possible without
any complications.
However, since the Moratorium came in effect in October,
I am having difficulties in pursuing the inatter.
Since I finacially entirely depend upon a fast approval
of the subdivision, I would appreciate very much if
you would consider to grant me a variance from the
moratorium.
with respect
Lj

into effect.
It has been requested by the Town Board that this list be
submitted to them prior to their vote on this Ordinance.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
