of the authority conferred by the laws of the State of New
York, as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and
Map adopted January 29, 1963, as amended from time to time,
is further amended by rezoning the following described
parcel of land from "RD -20" (Optional Dwelling) to "R-20"
(One Family Residential) District, said, tract or parcel of
land being situate in the Town of Wappinger, County of
Dutchess and State of New York, and more particularly
described as follows:
