Box 27, Rensselaer N.Y., with a base bid of $:158,580. Alternates A&B were $189,000 and $93,558 respectively. Total bid with alternates was $641,138. Please find the enclosed Bid for the Towns review. This office requested and received a few references from Mr. Harold Stilsing. The references were contacted and provided with positive feedback. Based on the discussions W lth Mr. Stilsing and his references, it appears that Stilsing Electric Inc. is qualified for the project and the town may proceed with contracts after review and approval of the T'I)wn attorney.
