Resolution Appointing Victor L. Fanuele to the Zoning Board of Appeals to Fill the Term
that Expires 2/112012
At a regular meeting ofthe Town Board ofthe Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 25th,
2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
Vincent F. Bettina
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board appoints members to the Zoning Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five
members, and
WHEREAS, the term of incumbent Victor Fanuele expired on February I S\ 2007, and
WHEREAS, Victor Fanuele has served on the Zoning Board of Appeals in the interim,
and
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has conducted interviews and found Victor
Fanuele to be the individual capable of filling the vacancy for the Zoning Board of Appeals, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Victor Fanuele is hereby appointed to
the Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals to a term that expires 2/112012.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
