RESOLUTION APPOINTING PLANNING BOARD MEMBER

WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has conducted interviews for the
purpose of appointing a member to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board; and
Bill Kic kham
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has foundAI Weitlich to be the
individual capable of filing the vacancy on the Planning Board,
Bill Kickham &
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Al Weitlich IS
hereby appointed to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
