A Public Hearing having been held by the Town Board on an
Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance and Map of the Town Of
Wappinger (Rt. 9 Commercial Adjustments), on July 30, 1979, the
matter was now placed before them for their consideration.
1 Mr. Johnson felt they should not act on this matter tonight as
i
the new Zoning Ordinance was not in effect and it would bt
inappropriate to vote an amendments to an ordinance that is rc'
a working one.
MR. JOHNSON moved to table action on this matter.
