On Tuesday August 8,2000 Michael and Dawn Wintner were granted 2 variances.
The first variance was granted for 29 feet side yard, the second variance was
granted for 5 feet side yard. There was also a condition with the variances
hp-ing gr~ntenr the applic.ants had to put some screening along the property
line by their nei~hbor.
