Board on'the 14th day of April, 1992 and the facts, matters and evidence
produced by the applicant, the Zoning Administrator and interested parties having
been duly heard, received and considered and due deliberation having been had, the
following are the
FINDINGS OF FACT:

The subject permises is located in the R~40 District, with the following set back
requirements: Front 75 feet, Side yare 25 feet, Rear yard 50 feet.
The applicant is requesting a variance from the side yard requirement of 25 feet.
They are requesting an 11 foot variance to erect an office, library addition on the side

of the premises.
After due deliberati~n and hearing all parties concerns at the Public Hearing, The
Zoning Board of Appeals finds that the applicants failed to prove practical diff~culty
and 'there is an alternative to this variance that would require no variance.
THEREFORE,based upon the finding of fact, it is he~eby ORDERED, that the
application or appeal be and the same is hereby DENIED.
