The matter having duly come on to be heard before a duly convened meeting of the
Board on' the 17th day of November, 1992 and the fact.s, matters and evidence
produced by the applicant, the Zoning Administrator and interest~parties having
been duly heard, received and considered and due deliberation having been had, the
following are the

The subject premises are located in the R-40 District with the following setback
requirements: Front: 75 feet, Sideyard: 25 feet, Rearyard: 50 feet on Theresa Blvd.
which is a Town Road.
In reviewing all the testimony documents the Zoning Board of Appeals finds that the
applicant has no standing before the Board and it unanimously dismissed this application.
THEREFORE,based upon the finding of fact, it is hereby ORDERED, that the
application or appeal be and the same is hereby DISMISSED
