The matter having duly come on to be heard before a duly convened meeting of: the Planning
Board on the 6 . day of May and all facts, matters and evidence produced by the applicant,.
the Zoning Administrator and interested parties having been duly heard, rece:ived and
considered, and due deliberation having been had, the following are the
FINDING OF FACT:
The 'owners must comply with all
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
the conditions and stipulations of Section 445 as amended, i, ,

A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQRA requirements and a Negative Declaration is inl
order since it appears that there will be no major inpact on the enviorment.
THEREFORE, Based upon the above Findings of Fact it is hereby Ordered, Granted ~ubject to:
1. Compliance with all conditions and stipulations of Section 445 as amended, T~wn of
Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and the New York Fire Prevention and Building Cod~s.
2. The required smoke alarms/heat detectors shall not be battery operated and m$st be connected
to the existing electrical system and approved by the Bureau of Fire underwrlters.
3. The applicants shall obtain a building permit within 180 days of the date of,lthe signing
of the Decision and Order by the Town Clerk.;
4. Substantial completion within twelve (12) months of the date of the issuance'lof the building
permit.. ,

5., The Zoning Administrator will do an inspection of,'the above,premises every y~ar on the
a,pniversary date of this Decision and Order.
6. A;:Certificate of Occupancy must be issued within two (2) years of the date of the issuance of
t,he building permit, otherwise this Decision and Order wil1~ become null and ~oid.;,
