THEREFORE, Based upon the above Findings of Fact it is hereby Ordered, Granted ~ubject to: 1. Compliance with all conditions and stipulations of Section 445 as amended, T~wn of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and the New York Fire Prevention and Building Cod~s. 2. The required smoke alarms/heat detectors shall not be battery operated and m$st be connected to the existing electrical system and approved by the Bureau of Fire underwrlters. 3. The applicants shall obtain a building permit within 180 days of the date of,lthe signing of the Decision and Order by the Town Clerk.; 4.
