A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQRA requirements and a negative declaration is in ,order since it appears that there will be no major inpact on the enviorment. THEREFORE, based upon the above findings of fact it is hereby ordered, grant~d subject to: I.Compliance'with all conditions and stipulations of Section 445 as amended,JTown of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and the New York Uniform Fire Prevention andBuilding Code. 2. The required smoke alarms/heat detectors shall not be battery operated and must be connected to the existing electrical system and approved by the Bureau of Fire Underwritere 3. The applicants shall obtain a building permit within 180 days of the date of the signing of the decision, and order by the Town Clerk 4. Substantial completion wlthin twelve(12) montps of the date of the issuance of the building permit. 5. The Zoning: Administrator will do an inspection of the above premises every year on the anniversary date of this decision and order. 6. A Certificate of Occupancy must be issued within two (2) years of the date of the issuance of the building permit, otherwise this decision and order will become null and void. THEREFORE, based upon the above findings of fact, it is hereby ORDERED that the application be and the same is hereby GRANTED This Special Use Permit is granted for a period 2 years and may be renewed every 2 year thereafter.
