The matter having duly corne on to be heard before a duly convened meeting of:' the Planning
Board on the 17 . day of June and all facts, matters and evidence produced by the applicant"
the Zoning Administrator and interested parties having been duly heard, rece,ived and
considered, and due deliberation having been had, the following are the
FINDING OF FACT:
The subject premises are located in the R-40 District with the following setback
requirements: Front 75'; side 25'; rear yard 50'. The applicant is requesti~g a
Special Use Permit under Section 421.2 Article IV Paragraph 446.801 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Town of Wappinger. It is the intent of the applic~nt to build a religious
complex consisting of sanctuary, educational & social use.

A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQRArequirements, and a NEGATIVE DEtLARATION is
in order since it appears that there will be no major impact on the enviro~f,ent.

THEREFORE, based upon the findings of fact, it is hereby ordered that appli~ation be and
the same is hereby GRANTED sor a Special use Permit, subject to: :
1. That use requested shall remain as stated in the written presentation by'; the applicant.
A. Sunday Service, B. Wednesday-Prayer Night, Friday - Bible Study D. Tw~ times a year
three days Friday to Sunday Revival meeting, E. Pastor to have office in building,
F. 'One week a year Vacational School. '. ,i
1. This Special Use Permit shall be reviewed every year by: the Zoning Administrator.

Special Use Permit.
