Pursuant to your recent decision with regard to the above matter the undersigned made
an on sight inspection of the parcel.
Firstly, Mr. Riaz has a 6 foot fence properly erected inside his property line.
Secondly, Mr. Riaz has five trees approximately 18-20 feet high inside his property
line.
Thirdly, there is approximately 15-18 feet of privit hedges in between two of the
large trees that stand approximately 4~ to 5 feet high. Mr. Riaz stated to me at the
on sight that Mr. Saraceno has cut these hedges down 1~ to 2 feet.
Accordingly the undersigned finds that Mr. Riaz has adequate screening and does not
warrant any additional screening.

The matter having duly come on to be heard before a duly convened meeting of the
Board on the 25 day of June, 1991 and the facts, matters and evidence
produced by the applicant, the Zoning Administrator and interested parties having
been duly heard, received and considered and due deliberation having been had, the
following are the
FINDINGS OF FACT: The subject premises are located in the R-20 district with the following
requirements: Front 75'; Sides 20'; Rear 30' on Dennis Road, which is a Town.Road. The
applicant has constructed an open deck without variance or building permits. The
applicants have satisfied the Zoning Board of Appeals of the need for this open deck.
The Zoning Board of Appeals feels that the criteria for a area variance have been met.
A practical difficulty exists and such difficulty cannot be obviated by a method other
than a variance. There will no~ be a substantial change in the character of the
neighborhood. This action will not be detrimental to the adjoining properties. The
character of the neighborhood will be preserved. This is a minimal variance that will
provide relief. Therefore, based upon the findings of fact it is hereby ordered that the
application or appeal be and the same is hereby GRANTED. subject to the deck remaining
open unless application to enclosed is made to and approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals
with these following conditions:
1. No siding or building materials are to be stored on the deck.
2. Proper screening as determined by the Zoning Board of Appeals is to be completed.
