The applicant has constructed an open deck without variance or building permits. ~he applicants have satisfied the Zoning Board of Appeals of the need for this open wooden deck. The Zoning Board of Appeals feels that the criteria for a ar~a variance have been met. A practical difficulty exists and such difficulty cannot be obviated by a method other than a variance. There will not be a substantial change in the character of the neighborhood. This action wil not be detrimental to the adjoining properties. The. character- of the neighborhood will be p.reserved. This is a minimal variance that will provide relief. Therefore, based upon the findings of fact it is hereby ordered that the application or appeal be, and the same is hereby, granted, subject to the deck remaining open unless application to enclose is made to and approved by the Zoning Board of Appeal~ with these following conditions: 1. No siding or building material~ are to be stored on the deck or on the above parcel of land. . \ 2. There shall be no storage of large construction vehicles on the above parcel of land.
