This parcel is a part of Edgehill III SUBDIVISION AND was average density in 1966 by the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger. On the filed map in the County Clerks'Office. The proposed addition will not conform to the sideline setback requirements. However a practical difficulty exists and such difficulty cannot be obviated by a method other then a variance. This action will not! be detrimental to the adjoining properties. The character of the neighborborhood will be preserved. This is the minimum variance that will provide relief.
