" : I A.public hearing was held and the Zoning Board of Appeals finds the criteria set down in Section 430 - Special Use Permits of the Town of Wappinger Zoning ~Ordinance has been met with the following conditions. A short EAF has been submitted as per requirements, and a negative declaration is in order since it appears that there will be no major impact of the Environment: Therefore based upon the findings of facts, it is hereby ordered that the application be and the same is hereby granted for a special use permit subject to the following 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. All tires and rims to be stored inside. There shall be no lubrication or oil changes permitted on the entire site. There shall be no trucks of vehicles parked on the siRht overni~ht.
