The owners must comply with all the conditio~s and stipulations of Section 445 as amended
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and the New York Uniform Fire Prevention and
Building Code.
A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQR requirements and a negative declaration is in
order since it appears that there will b.e no maj or impact on the environment.
Therefore, based upon the above findings of fact it is hereby ordered, granted subject to:
(1) Compliance with all conditions and stipulations of Section 445 as amended, Town of
Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code:
(2) The required smoke alarms/hea.t detectors shall not be battery operated and must be
connected to the existing electrical system and approved by the Bureau of Fire Underwriters:
(3) The applicants shall obtain a building permit within 180 days of the date of the signing
of this decision, and order by the Town Clerk: (4) Substantial completion within twelve(12)
months of the date of the issuance of the building permit: (5) The Zoning Administrator will
do an inspection of the above premises every year on the anniversary date of this decision and
order and: (6) A certficate of Occupancy must be issued within two (2) years of the date of
the issuance of the building permit, otherwise this decision and order will become null and
void.
