TOMPKINS Secretary The matter having duly come on to be heard before a duly convened meeting of the Board on the 11 day OfSEPT.1990 and all facts, matters and evidence produced by the applicant, the Zoning Administrator and inte:ested.partie~ having been .duly heard, received and considered, and due del~berat~on hav~ng been had, the following are~the FINDING OF FACT: MRS. ROE - MR. LEHIGH Member Member The owners must comply with all the conditions and stipulations of Section 421 as amended of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and the New York Uniform Fire Prevention, and Building Codes. A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQR requirements and a negative declarat ion is in order since it appears that there will be no major inpact on theenviornmertt. Therefore, based upon the above findings of fact it is hereby ordered, granted subject to: (1) Compliance with all conditions and stipulations fo Section 421 as amended, Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and the Building code: (2) The required smoke alarms / heat detectors shall not be battery operated and must be connected to the existing electrical system and approved by the Bureau of Fire Underwriters: (3) The Zoning Administrator will do and inspection of the premises every year on the anniversary date of this decision and order: (4) The applicant shall erect a fence to properly enclose the entire property so that no children can go off said property.
