The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit under Section 430 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Wappinger. It is the intent of the applicant to build a large sanctuary because of the steady growth of population of the Town of Wappinger. The present sanctuary will be used as a social hall. A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQRA requirements, and a Negative Declaration is in ,order since it appears that there will be no major impact on the environment. THEREFORE,based upon the findings of, fact, it is hereby ordered that application be and the same is hereby GRANTED for a Special Use Permit, subject to: 1. That use requested shall remain as stated in the written presentation by the applicant. 2. This Special Use Permit shall be reviewed every year by the Zoning Administrator. 3. The applicant shall obtain a building permit within 180 days of the signing of the Special Use Permit. 4. Substantial completion within 12 months of the date of issuance of the building permit. 5.
