Board on' the 24th day of October, 1989 and the facts, matters and evidence
produced by the applicant, the Zoning Adm~nistrator and interested parties having
been duly heard, received and considered and due deliberation having been had, the
following are the
FINDINGS OF FACT:

The owners must comply with all the conditions and stipulations of
Section 445 as amended of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance
and the New York Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.
A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQR requirements and a neg-
ative declaration is in order since it appears that there will be no
major impact on the environment.
Therefore, based upon the above findings of fact it is hereby ordered,
granted subject to: (1) Compliance with all conditions and stipulations of
Section 445 as amended, Town of Wappinger; Zoning Ordinance and the New York
State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code: (2)The required smoke
alarms/heat detectors shall not'be battery operated and must be connected
to the existing electrical system and approved by the Bureau of Fire Under-
writers: (3)The applicants shall obtain a building permit within 180 days
of the date of the signing of this decision, and order by the Town Clerk:
(4) Substantial completion within twelve (12) months of the date of the
issuance of the building permit: (5)The Zoning Administrator will do an
inspection.of the above premises every year on the anniversary date of this
decision and oreer and: (6)A certificate of Occupancy must be issued within
two (2) years of the date of the issuance of the building permit, otherwise
this decision and order will become null and void.
