The applicant produced a letter from Dr. Thomas S. R.obinson, MD, supporting practical difficulties and hardsh~p substantiating ~he request for a Special Use Permit, under Sect10n 445 of the Zon1ng Ordinance of the Town of Wappinger. . Therefore, ~ased upon the above findings of fact it is hereby ordered, granted subject to: (I) Compliance with all conditions and stipulations of Section 445 as amended, Town of Wappinger; Zoning Ordinance and the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code: (2)The required smoke alarrns/heat detectors shall not'be battery operated and must be connected to the existing electrical system and approved by the Bureau of Fire Under- writers: (3)The applicants shall obtain a building permit within 180 days of the date of the signing of this decision, and order by the Town Clerk: (4) Substantial completion within twelve (12) months of the date of the issuance of the building permit: (5)The Zoning Administrator will do an inspection.of the above premises every year on the anniversary date of this decision and order and: (6)A certificate of 'Occupancy must be issued within two (2) years of the date of the issuance of the building permit, otherwise this decision and order will become null and void.
