No hot feeding of children or teaching personnel on the premises. 2. There will only be one (1) three hour day care session in the AM only. 3. The subject premises may be inspected by the Zoning Administrator or Fire Inspector during the course of any business day. 4. Any unforseen hazard with any child, the matter shall be immediately referred to the Zoning Administrator. 5. There will be no more than fifteen (15) children permitted in this operation. A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQRA requirements and a Negative Declaration is in order since it appears that there will be no major impact on the environment.
