There must be a complete fence enclosing the children's area SO that the children cannot be on outside the fenced in area. 2. A & B building marked on the sUNey shall be used only for storage of day care center equipment. 3. Applicant shall file with Zoning Administrator copies of all permits or licenses received from any other agencies. 4.The premises shall'be inspected by the Zoning Administrator at least once a year to verify that the use has not changed. 5. There shall be no children allowed to use the second floor. 6. The second floor shall be used only for a teacher's lounge and office space.
