The matter having duly come on to be heard before a duly convened meeting of the
Board on' the 25th day of April 1989 and the facts, matters and evidence
produced by the applicant, the Zoning Adm~nistrator and interested parties having
been duly heard, received and considered and due deliberation having been had, the
following are the
FINDINGS OF FACT:

The subject premises is located in the HB District with the following
setback requirements: Front 75'~ Side 10'~ Rear 30'~
Therefore, based upon the fi'nding ce fact it is hereby ordered that the
application for Special Use Pernlit, to operate a Child Day Care Center
be, and the same granted subject to the following conditions~
1. There must be a complete fence enclosing the children's area SO that
the children cannot be on outside the fenced in area.
2. A & B building marked on the sUNey shall be used only for storage of
day care center equipment.
3. Applicant shall file with Zoning Administrator copies of all permits
or licenses received from any other agencies.
4.The premises shall'be inspected by the Zoning Administrator at least
once a year to verify that the use has not changed.
5. There shall be no children allowed to use the second floor.
6. The second floor shall be used only for a teacher's lounge and
office space.
