The subject premises are located in the HB-1A District with the
setback requirements: Front - 75', Sides - 10 ", Rear - 30', on Old Post
Road, which is a town road. The applicant has erected a sign 1 foot from
the lot line. The applicant requests a 24' variance from the 25' require-
ment in the Sign Ordinance. It is the duty of the Zoning Board of Appeals
to only grant variances where there is no other feasible location.
