The applicant desires to construct a 10 foot by 20 foot extension on an existing building located on St. Nicholas Road . In reviewing the submitted plan it is found that the applicant requires a 6 foot variance. Th,e applicant has satified the board of the need for this extension and the board feels the criteria for an area variance have been met. A practical difficulty exists and such difficulty exists cannot be obviated by a method other than a Variance. There will not be a substantial change in the character of the neighborhood, this action will not be detrimental to adjoining properties. The character of neighborhood will be preserv~d. This is a minimin variance that will provide relief. A Short EAF has been submitted as per SEQR RequIrements and a Negative Declaration is in order since it appears that there will be no major impact on the enviornment. Therefore, based upon the above findings of fact. It is Hereby ordered that the application or appeal be and same is Hereby Granted. RHEREFORE, based upon the finding of fact, it is hereby ORDERED, that the application or appeal be and the same is hereby GRANTED The decision of the Zoning Administrator is hereby Reversed \ ~.
