The applicant has satisfied the Zoning Board of Appeals of the need for this variance. A practical, difficulty exists and such difficulty cannot be obviated by a method other than a variance. There will not be a substantial change in ~he character of the neighborhood. This action will not be detrimental to the adjoining properties. This is a minimal variance that will provide relief. THEREFORE, based upon the findings of fact it is hereby ORDERED the the application or appeal be, and the same is hereby, Granted subject t.o: 1. That a sprinkler system be placed in the residence. Approved by the Fire Prevention Bureau. and the Building Inspector, and copies of approved plan be forwarded to this Board. 2. That a 500 foot blacktop apron be \installed on the driveway. \ 3.
