The matter having duly come on to be heard before a duly convened meeting of
the Board on the 28th day of July and all facts, matters and evidence
produced by the applicant, the zoning Administrator and interested parties
having been ,duly heard, received ,and considered, and due deliberation having
been had, the followingare~the
fINDING OF FACT:

The applicant must comply with all conditions and stipulations of ~445 of the Zoning
Ordinance and the New York State Fire Prevention and Building Code.
A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQR requirements and a negative declaration is in
order since it appears that there will be no major impact on the environment.
Therefore, based upon the above findings of facts, it is ordered that the applicant or
appeal be and the same is hereby granted subject to:
(1). Zoning Administrator of the Town of Wappinger will make an annual inspection.
(2). The owner will maintain said property subject to the rules and regulations as
stated in ~445 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE, based upon the above findings of fact, it is hereby ORDEREb-Enat
the application or appeal be and the same is hereby GRANTED.
This Special Use Pe~mit is granted for a period one years and may be renewed
every year thereafter.
