Member MelIlber Member The mater having duly come on to be heard before a duly conveyed meeting of the :Board on the 26thday of May, 1987 and the facts~ matters and evidence produced by the applicant, the Zoning Inspector and interested parties having been duly heard, ,received and considered and due deliberation having been had, the follo~~g are the fINDINGS or FAC!: The subject premises are located in the R-40 district with the following setbacks: Front: 75 feet, Sides: 25 feet; Rear: 50 feet on Pye Lane ~hich is a Town Road, filed subdivision known as Edgehill. The applicants have satisfied the Board of the need for this e~tension and the Board feels the criteria for an area variance have been met. A practical difficulty exists and such difficulty cannot be obviated by a method other than a variance. There will ~ot be a. subst~ntial change in the character of the neighbor- hood. This action will-not be detrimental to the adjoining properties.
