Tne 1Ilater having duly come on to be heard before a duly conveyed 1Deeting of the ~oard
on the 21st day of April, 1987 and the facts, ~tters and evidence produced by
the applicant, the Zoning Inspector and interested parties having been duly heard,
,received and considered and due deliberation having been bad, the follo~~g are the
fINDINGS. OF FAC'X:
In the matter of Michael & Mary Mueller the Board has reviewed all the information and
evidence brought before it and has heard all parties who have appeared either in favor
or opposed to the granting of a variance to permit the erection of a proposed detached
garage. TOe subject premised which contains a one-family dwelling in the R-20 zone.
The sideyard requirements are 20 feet in the R~20 zone. The ~ppiicant is proposing a
garage 20 x 22 that requires.a 20 foot sideyard setbac~. It is the duty of the Zoning
.Board of Appeals to grant the minimum variance and only grant the variance when there is
no.a1ternative. The applicant has not established sufficient reason and there are
alternatives that the applicant should explore with regard to this application.
~~OR!, based upon the finding of fact, it is hereby ORDERED, that the applicant
or appeal be and the same is hereby DENIED.
