OF FAC'X: In the matter of Michael & Mary Mueller the Board has reviewed all the information and evidence brought before it and has heard all parties who have appeared either in favor or opposed to the granting of a variance to permit the erection of a proposed detached garage. TOe subject premised which contains a one-family dwelling in the R-20 zone. The sideyard requirements are 20 feet in the R~20 zone. The ~ppiicant is proposing a garage 20 x 22 that requires.a 20 foot sideyard setbac~. It is the duty of the Zoning .Board of Appeals to grant the minimum variance and only grant the variance when there is no.a1ternative. The applicant has not established sufficient reason and there are alternatives that the applicant should explore with regard to this application. ~~OR!, based upon the finding of fact, it is hereby ORDERED, that the applicant or appeal be and the same is hereby DENIED.
