All of the criteria of Article IV, S430 pertaining to this use bave been met. A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQR requirements and a negative declaration is in order since it appears that there will be no major impact on the environment. Therefore, based upon the above findings of fact it is hereby ordered that the application be and the same is granted for a Special Use Permit to construct a medical office facility subject to: (1). A ninety (90) day extension of said permit to complete sale of property. (2). Each office in the building will have a minimum of 4 parking spaces per office. ..#j.t)i.....,. THEREFORE, based upon the above findings of fact, it is hereby ORDERED-t~'at the application or appeal be and the same is hereby GRANTED.
