2004-12-06 SPM12/06/2004.SPM A Special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was held onOf December 6s 2004> wat the Ton Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, PPgi Wa in ers Falls, z- New York. The Supervisor scheduled the Special Town Board Meeting in order to adopt the Certificate of Adjusted Base Rate Proportions for the 2004 Assessment Rolls. Supervisor Ruggiero called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Present: Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor Robert Valdati, Councilman Vincent Bettina, Councilman Maureen McCarthy, Councilwoman Joseph Paoloni, Councilman Gloria J. Morse, Town Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 326 RESOLUTION ADOPTING CERTIFICATE OF ADJUSTED BASE PROPORTIONS FOR THE 2004 ASSESSMENT ROLL FROM THE NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF REAL PROPERTY SERVICES The following resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by Councilman Bettina. WHEREAS, the Town has received a Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions for the Assessment Roll for calendar year 2004 from the New York State Office of Real Property Services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. The Town of Wappinger hereby accepts and adopts the base percentages, current percentages, and current base proportions as set forth in the Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions for the 2004 Assessment Roll, received from the New York State Office of Real Property Services, a copy of which is attached hereto. 3. Gloria J. Morse, Town Clerk, is hereby authorized to certify on behalf of the Town the Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions for the 2004 Assessment Roll. The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows: Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor Voting Aye Robert Valdati, Councilman Voting Aye Vincent Bettina, Councilman Voting Aye Maureen McCarthy, Councilwoman Voting Aye Joseph Paoloni, Councilman Voting Aye The Resolution is hereby declared adopted There was no other business to come before the board. 1 12/06/2004.SPM Councilman Bettina moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Councilman Paoloni and unanimously carried.
