At a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on November 18th, ,1986 ,Appea1No. 943
was considered and the following action on the request for: 0 A VARIANCE, [j A SPECIAL USE PERMIT, 0 AN
INTERPRETATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, 0 AN APPEAL AS AN AGGRIEVED PERSON(S), was
taken:
1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would
not produce undue hardship for these reasons:
a. The property in question 0 would 0 would not yield a reasonable return if limited to the use permitted under the
Ordinance, because:

At the November 18th, 1986 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion
was made by Mr. Urciuoli to grant the requested Special Use Permit with the following
conditions:
1. The applicant will not come back to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a sign
variance. He must adhere to the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance on signs.
2. Must comply with the recommendation of the Planning Board that there will be
no loading or unloading of vehicles on Route 9.
3. There shall be provision for a 30 foot right of way for a future service road.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Landolfi.
