1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would

November 19th, 1986
At the November 18th, 1986 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a
motion was made by Mr. Cortellino to grant the requested Special Use Permit
with the following condition:
1. Appellant must meet the Engineer to the Town's concern in his letter dated
October 10th, 1986.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Landolfi.
