1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it wa') dctermined that strict application of the Ordinan..:e ~~= would -= would
not produce undue hardship for these reasons:

At the October 8th. 1985 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion
was made by Mr. Caballero that the Special Use Permit to allow 50% retail and 50%
office on Parcels B & C be granted with the following condition:
1. The applicant shall strictly adhere co our new sign ordinance.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Cortellino.
Vote:

Mr. Hirkala - abstained
The motion was carried.
