Box 1398 At a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on May 14 t h ,19 85 , Appeal No. 796 was considered and the following action on the request for: g] A VARIANCE, 0 A SPECIAL USE PERMI'f, 0 AN INTERPRETATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, 0 AN APPEAL AS AN AGGRIEVED PERSON(S). was taken: 1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board. it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would not produce undue hardship for these reasons: a. "",~,-->,.-.,; '../ fj Page -2- May 16th, 1985 At the May 13th, 1985 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Cortellino that the requested variance be granted subject to the diligent pursuit by the builder to the Town Board to obtain the extra 10 feet into the Conservation District, but the variance would be in place regardless if the 10 feet is granted or not granted.
