At the December 11th, 1984 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
a motion was made by Mr. Urciouli, that the requested variance be
granted with the condition that there will be screening along the
westernly property line (property line of Jennings). The motion was
seconded by Mrs. Waddle.

Mr. Caballero - absent
Mr. cortellino - absent
Mrs. Waddle - aye
The motion was carried.
