taken:
1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it wa') determined that strict application of the Ordinance C would [J would
not produce undue hardship for these reasons:

At the September 10th, 1985 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals a motion
was made by Mr. Caballero that the request variance be granted because this is a
unique situation.
The motion was seconded by Mrs. Waddle.
