taken:
I. \j:\RIANCE: By resolution of th;: Board. it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance [::: would [j would
not produce undue hardship for these rl~asons:

At the October 8th, 1985 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion
was made by Mr. Hirkala to grant a Special Use Permit with the following conditions:
1. There will be no parking on the street.
2. The Planning Board reserves the rignt to review the parking in the future.
3. This shall remain only a family business with only members of the immediate
family.
Tht! motion was seconded by Mr. CortelU.no who asked Mr. Sheedy to make every
effor~ to inform his clients to pull into the driveway.

The motion was carried.
