VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would not produce undue hardship for these reasons: a. " ::-.." :>r:.'..t d. 1---t d " .~ ,__. //~ Chairman, Zoning Board of Appeals Page -2- April 11th, 1985 At the April 9th, 1985 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Cortellino to grant the variance with the condition that the garage shall be used solely for a garage and storage of garden implements, bicycles, and things like that, not residential, business, or anything else. Even if there is a car parked out in the street, there should be a clear at least for the width of one car to get in there because it is for a garage and not for any other purpose. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Waddle.
