At a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on NovQmber 13th ,19 84 ,Appeal No. 762
was considered and the following action on the request for: LJ A VARIANCE, [Xi A SPECIAL USE PERMIT, l::= AN
INTERPRETATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, C AN APPEAL AS AN AGGRIEVED PERSON(S), was
taken:
1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board. it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance ~ would !-- would
not produce undue hardship for these reasons:

At the November 13th, 1984 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Caballero, that the requested
Special Use Permit be granted with the condition that there will
be four parking spaces for every office. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Cortellino.
