At a meeting'ofthe Zoning Board of Appeals on March 10th , 19 87 ,Appeal No. 906
was considered and the following action on the request for: 0 A VARIANCE, ~ A SPECIAL USE PERMI1; 0 AN
INTERPRETATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, 0 AN APPEAL AS AN AGGRIEVED PERSON(S), was
taken:
1. vARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would
not produce undue hardship for these reasons:
a. The property in question 0 would 0 would not yield a reasonable return if limited to the use permitted under the
Ordinance, because:

March 11th, 1987
At the March 10th, 1987 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was
made by Mr. Hirkala that a full EAF has been submitted as per SEQRA requirements,
and a negative declaration is in order since it appears that there will be no
major impact on the enviornment.
Mrs. Roe seconded the motion.

Mr. Cortellino - aye
The motion was carried.
Mr. Landolfi made a motion to grant the Special Use Permit with the contingent
on the necessary approvals, for example Board of Health. This Special Use Permit
is subject to an annual inspection by the Zoning Administrator of the Town of
Wappinger.
Mr. Hirkala seconded the motion.
