VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would not produce undue hardship for these reasons: a. Page -2- May 22nd, 1986 At the May 13th, 1986 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Landolfi to grant the Special Use Permit with the following conditions: 1. The signage shall conform with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. 2. There shall be no mixing of professions. 3. The refuse container shall be contained in an enclosed and secured structure. The motion was seconded by Mr. Urciuoli.
