VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would not produce undue hardship for these reasons: a. Page -2- April 11th, 1986 At the April 8th, 1986 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Cortellino to deny the requested variance because this would be more than one use on the property. Mr. Landolfi seconded the motion.
