A short EAF has been submitted as per SEQR r~quirements and a negative declaration is in order since it appears that there will be no major impact on the enviornment. Therefore, based upon the above findings of fact, it is ordered that the applicant or appeal be and the same is hereby granted subject to: 1. Zoning Administrator of the Town of Wappinger will make an annual inpsection. 2. will maintain said property subject to the rules and regulations as stated in ~445 of of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. 3. When title passes between father & daughter a new Use Permit will be issued.
