1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would

Mrs. Waddle to grant a variance for a sign 12 foot from the property line and
from Route 9, and also, a 2 x 2~ sign in the back of the site with the stipulation

The motion was seconded by Mr. Landolfi.
