At the July 8th, 1986 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals a motion
was made by Mr. Cortellino to deny the requested variance. This does not fall
under the guidelines for granting a variance and a smaller deck could be used.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Hirkala.
