1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict. application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would

At the August 12th, 1986 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion
was made by Mr. Urciuoli to grant the requested variance for ~476.23 for off
street loading requirements. In the event that the use of the building is changed
from Office Research, the 12 remaining loading docks that are required must be
added to the site.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Landolfi.

was made by Mr. Hirkala to deny the requested variance for ~422, floor area ratio,
based on no hardship being presented.
