VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would not produce undue hardship for these reasons: . a. Page -2- April 11th, 1986 At the April 8th, 1986 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Landolfi to grant the requested variance witht he condition that the maximum grade would not exceed 17% in the area within 300 feet of the proposed house. Mr. Hirkala seconded the motion.
